We've arrived!
Some of you may know the story -- some may
not. But we're at a point in the MindOH!
lifecycle where we can begin to recognize
and appreciate the fruits of our labor,
and we wanted everyone to know where we've
been and where we're headed. And, we're
hoping you'll join us for the journey.

MindOH! originated almost a year
ago when six entrepreneurs -- Beth Carls,
Stephen Haslam, Amy Looper, Leslie Matula,
Rob Pennington and Dot Woodfin -- dedicated
their resources to providing children with
the necessary tools to develop strong character
traits and healthy self-esteem. As the magnitude
of the idea began to grow, the concept for
MindOH! evolved from a "side project" to
a genuine passion for all involved.
The Company has now completed their first
three interactive, online modules in the
Middle School Discipline Series(tm)
- What's Up?, Rule 1 - Respect
and Taking Charge - Responsibility. The
next three modules, the Life Skills Series(tm),
is in production and will be available in
the fall. The Life Skills Series(tm)
is designed for all students to help them
learn how to keep their Minds over their
Matters - not just for students involved
in the disciplinary process.
We conducted a Beta study in three Houston
middle schools April and May and are currently
planning the launch of a Pilot phase in
September 2001 in other Houston middle schools.
Additionally, the MindOH! modules will be
available for purchase nationally in September.
In addition to the energy of the product
development team, the MindOH! marketing
team has completed the first phase of our
Web site at www.mindoh.com.
We invite everyone to interact with the
site and send us any comments you have.
We will be launching the second phase of
development for our Web site in September
2001.
