MINDOH! BEST PRACTICE: SHARPSTOWN MIDDLE SCHOOL
Anne Hansel of Sharpstown Middle School in Houston has made a mark for herself as a savvy technologist. One practice that she has initiated is the networking of printers. Now, MindOH! reports will go directly to the Dean in charge of discipline for the student. Sharpstown hopes that this will ensure that computers that don't have printers, can still be used for MindOH! They also believe that this is a good way to ensure that the student has the report, and the Dean in charge of discipline has it too. Anne has worked at Sharpstown for 5 years. Prior to joining the Sharpstown team she was at Tenneco. She likes her job because every day is different and brings on new challenges. Teachers and administrators rave because she takes care of problems quickly, and goes the extra mile to get things done.
