MindOH! believes that all individuals have within them the inner resources necessary for the development of strong character and healthy self-esteem. Each time these resources are cultivated in one person, we enrich both the student and the community-at-large. Therefore, it is our commitment to facilitate the discovery of these valuable human resources so individuals become internally motivated to make sound and healthy choices to the benefit of themselves and the world around us.

To help support our vision, we provide a range of services on the MindOH! Web site. MindOH! is firmly committed to the privacy and security of all online visitors to our site, and we understand that our visitors and registered members need to be in control of their personal information. This policy statement tells you how and why we collect information from you, and how we use that information.

We encourage our visitors to read through and understand our entire Privacy Policy. Please contact us at info@mindoh.com if you have any questions about it.

When We Collect Information From You
We only collect personally identifiable information from you when you voluntarily submit it. Providing your personally identifiable information to MindOH! is optional for using www.mindoh.com. If you choose not to register or provide your personal information, you can still visit www.mindoh.com. However, you won't have access to areas that require personal identification.

MindOH! collects this information for administrative purposes, for tracking/verifying compliance with MindOH! policies as well as applicable laws, for editorial and feedback solicitation purposes.

What Information We Collect
We may ask for your name, age, address, telephone, email address, and school details (name of school, position, and/or grade level.) If you're under 18 years of age, we'll also ask you to provide your parent's or guardian's email address unless you are accessing one of our courses through your school.

How We Use the Information You Give Us
We use the personal information you provide us to tailor the content and services on our Web site to your current and future needs. We may share the personal information you provide to us with third parties who are affiliated with our site, or who provide services to our site.

MindOH! may disclose visitor information in special cases when we have reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with MindOH! rights or property, other MindOH! visitors or members, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. MindOH! may disclose visitor information when we believe in good faith that the law requires us to do so.

Aggregate Information
MindOH! shares aggregate information about our visitors and members with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. For example, we may say that MindOH!'s audience is "x" percent teachers and "y" percent parents. We use this information to customize our content and advertising to deliver a better experience for our visitors and members.

Links to Other Sites
You'll find links from MindOH! site to independently owned, controlled, and/or managed Web sites whose content we believe will be of possible interest and value to our visitors. Additionally, you'll see links from advertisers, sponsors, and other partners who may use MindOH!'s logo as part of a co-branding agreement.

In many cases, these links represent cooperative projects or mutual links established with the organizations connected with these sites. We don't control the content of these links. These other sites may send you their own cookies, collect data, or solicit personal information. While we identify sponsor and advertiser areas of our Web sites, we do not control these cookies or the content of these third parties.

MindOH! has partnered with other companies to provide certain services. In some cases, while you may see MindOH!'s logo on another company's site or see "MindOH!" within the URL, you are actually not on the MindOH! web site. MindOH! does not share any of your personally identifiable information with these partners and they do not share any information back with us. Once you leave our servers (you can generally tell where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), the use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you're visiting. That policy may differ from ours. If you can't find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from that site's home page, you should contact the site directly for more information.

We specifically recommend that children check with their parents or teachers before clicking on to any new sites.

Please keep in mind that whenever you give out personal information online -- for example, via message boards or chat -- that information can be collected and used by people you don't know. While MindOH! strives to protect its visitors' personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.

MindOH!'s policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond MindOH!'s control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.

Choice/Opt-Out/Update
You can help MindOH! maintain the accuracy of your personal information by notifying us when you change your address, title, phone number, or email address. Please include your old and new contact information so that we can make the appropriate corrections.

You can request not to receive communications from us about new features or services. You can also ask not to receive communications from third-party companies that offer a product or service that we think would be of value to you. If you object to such use for any reason, you can email your request to info@mindoh.com.
